A few of us in the London area have put together a 2009 calendar using pictures taken in Ethiopia by Canadian Humanitarian and an adoptive family. All of the money raised will go to support Canadian Humanitarian's projects in Ethiopia.

The money raised by purchasing one calendar can pay for one child's school fees in Ethiopia for 2.5 months.
-The calendar is a 8.5 x 11 inch, 12 month wall calendar featuring beautiful photographs taken in Ethiopia and is marked with Canadian and Ethiopian Holidays.
-Every month has interesting facts about Ethiopian culture, history and people as well as information about Canadian Humanitarian's projects in Ethiopia.

-payments can be made by paypal online (we will email you an invoice) or money order via mail. If you do not live in the London Ontario area we will quote you our best shipping rate (within Canada the cost to ship one calendar is $2 - for more than one we can provide a quote upon request).
-When the fundraiser is finished I will let you know on the blog how much money we were able to raise. We are really excited to try to raise some money for a great cause. Canadian Humanitarian does a lot to help secure a future for vulnerable kids in Ethiopia.

And yes, the snow in Ottawa was crazy and way too early. Luckily the warm temps today have melted it all away...Just in time for tonight's festivities.
